A gentle, alcohol‑free space to unwind online — no pressure, no labels, no expectations.
If your evenings often feel rushed, noisy, or a bit too dependent on a drink to switch off, you’re not alone. Many people want calmer nights, clearer heads, and a way to unwind that actually restores you… but they don’t always know where to start.
These midweek unwind sessions are is a warm, welcoming online space for anyone who wants to end their day with more ease — without alcohol. Just show up, get comfortable and let yourself be guided.
Sessions are gently facilitated by a UK‑qualified psychologist, offering a calm, non‑clinical space to unwind.
### 🌙 What to expect
We meet fortnightly on Wednesdays at 8pm for a short, soothing 30‑minute unwind session on Zoom. Each session includes:
- a gentle grounding moment
- one simple reflection prompt (sharing is optional)
- space to breathe, settle, and unwind
- a calm close to ease you into the rest of your evening
Cameras are optional. Speaking is optional. You can come as you are: tired, in pyjamas, with tea in hand.
