Breathing gratitude
This is a wonderful practice any time, but especially when challenges arise.
Remembering all the things you have to be grateful for is great in the morning or last thing at night, but you can use it as a spiritual meditation, also.
Just use the slow breathing technique, and simply breathe gratitude. Breathe gratitude in; breathe gratitude out. Try it – it works!

If you want to recieve in life you must be greatful for all the things we already have, the people in our life, shelter, even the basics ,some countries have no running water and babies dye from thirst and hunger
