This group is for people planning to buy a home in Durham Region but want to understand the process before speaking to agents or lenders.

We run in-person educational workshops that explain how buying actually works in Ontario: financing, down payments, closing costs, bidding strategies, power of sale properties, and how to avoid costly mistakes. The goal is clarity and confidence — not pressure.

You’ll learn what you can truly afford, how offers are structured, what inspections matter, and how to protect yourself in a competitive market. Attendees can ask real questions and see real examples.

This is especially helpful for first-time buyers, newcomers to Canada, and anyone who feels the market is confusing or risky.
