What Early Stage System Entrepreneurship is:

- You aim to work as a Director, not the main operator—even if you’re still doing the work yourself for now.
- You are building something that could keep growing even when you step back.
- You’re building a system: something involving different people with different skills.
- Your business is meant to be scalable over time.
- You’re at an early stage, working with tight resources and a big vision.
