About the speaker
Investment banker turned entrepreneur, in 2013 Lavinia started making confectionery in her kitchen and sold her sweets at food markets all around London. Early customers had never experienced anything like it before, and Lavolio handmade products sold out, leaving demand for more.
This is how she started to be noticed and gained her first stockists.
Today Lavolio supplies Fortnum & Mason, Ocado, Amazon and more than 200 premium independent stockists across the UK, plus locations in Australia, Hong Kong and Kuwait.
In 2018 Lavolio launched its first “click & mortar” shop in Parsons Green, and online it’s expanding from the UK to the rest of Europe.
