https://www.magnumphotos.com/arts-culture/harry-gruyaert-returns-to-morocco/This week, let's visit Leith Walk. I suggest we use colourful objects as the starting point of our pictures such as clothes, objects in shop windows, cars, shop fronts etc.
However we don’t have to copy his style, just take influence from his work.We will meet in front of Wex Photo. Nearest tram stop is McDonald Road. We can walk down Leith walk (the most interesting part I think is further down Leith Walk). You can take a bus or tram back up if you like and we will meet afterwards for drinks at Joseph Pearce pub,
Elm Row at around 2 30pm.14 attendees

Please note: no large cameras permitted in the St James Quarter Shopping Centre. We have enquired with the management before, they do not want 'commercial photography' in the centre and 'big cameras' will get you stopped by security.
MOBILE PHONES only in the shopping centre as large cameras are not allowed.
Meet at the main entrance to the shopping centre, at the top of Leith Street, where it meets the east end of Princes Street.
We will meet for drinks afterwards at Motel One, upstairs bar, just off Princes Street, West Register Street at 2 30pm, next to the Apple store.
