Blue and Yellow, the colours of Ukraine

Details
This week, as a last minute idea to fill the Meetup calendar, my idea came from an article in the Guardian about a walking tour in Edinburgh that focuses on places of interest to Ukrainian culture and heritage in the city. It mentioned a relatively recent cafe that opened in 2023, run by a Ukrainian couple and serving Ukrainian food. It sounded delicious and reminded me of my childhood in western Canada where there is a large Ukrainian population (and friends with Grandmas/babas who knew how to cook!).
So really just an excuse to try the cafe, The Square, 17 North St Andew St. Where the trams turn slowly from St Andrew's Square down to York Place. They are on Instagram @the_square_edinburgh and Facebook The Square Edinburgh.
I spotted Borscht (beetroot soup); Holubtsi (meat cabbage rolls); Deruny (potato pancakes with parmesan and crispy onion) and Ukrainian dumplings on the menu. They do Scottish bistro fare too. I'll try to upload a photo of the menu in the photo section. No alcohol or chips on the menu, so this be a little different from the pubs I usually pick when hosting meetups for this group.
Let's meet in front of the Costa in St Andrew's Square at 13:00. If you would like a theme for your photos, I thought blue and yellow from the colours of the Ukrainian flag, representing the wheat fields and blue skies, a symbol of the strength and prosperity of the country. We can head to The Square for around 14:15-14:30.
