Sunday Sessions - Cacao, Community & Energy Healing

There are a few things that I've been craving in life, so I figured here must be those who are too.

2. People to share spirituality & insights with
3. Support in keeping up self-care and personal growth in a way that's fun and easy.

With this in mind I'd like to invite you to my home to share Sunday Sessions with me. A few times a month I'd love bring wonderful people together to drink cacao, chat and play around with energy healing techniques and meditation within an easy, nurturing and uplifting space.

These sessions are to bring people together and aid us in feeling part of a community and uplifted. The sessions are on a donation basis so I can cover the cost of cacao and any snacks that are available. Please RSVP if you would like to join. The group will be small and the space will be cozy.
