About Your Facilitators
Pippa Jackson is a registered counsellor, clinical supervisor, and embodied yoga teacher specialising in helping people heal their relationship with food, body, and self. Through a compassionate, holistic approach, she supports people in reconnecting with their bodies and finding freedom from limiting patterns around eating and body image.
Her approach integrates mindfulness, therapy, and joyful, embodied movement to foster balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to what truly matters. She is dedicated to helping people soften self-judgment, discover greater meaning and purpose, and live more expansive, fulfilling lives.
Barbara Vode Dooms is a registered nutritionist and body image coach dedicated to helping people develop a positive and resilient body image while breaking free from unhealthy eating behaviours. Through a compassionate, evidence-based approach, she supports her clients in trusting their bodies, nourishing themselves without guilt, and building lasting confidence. Barbara’s work focuses on helping people shift their perspective on body image and self-worth, fostering a more peaceful and supportive relationship with food and movement.
