A yoga, guided reflection & sharing workshop to celebrate, feel and move your body, and everything it allows you to experience.
Valentine’s Day is a celebration of our most important relationships, and this includes our relationship to our bodies and ourselves. Take this moment to drop in and listen deeply to your body, celebrating the ways it supports you and everything that it allows you to experience in life.
This workshop brings together a soft, sensory yoga flow with guided, practical exercises designed to help you shift your attention away from appearance and towards appreciation and presence.
You can expect:
- A gentle yoga practice focused on deep listening and flowing movement
- Simple, evidence-based practices that celebrate what your body can do
- Interactive moments that feel light and grounding
- Tools you can take home and return to in everyday life
This is a space to slow down, connect and enjoy being in your body. You’ll leave feeling more connected, more present and with a renewed sense of respect and appreciation for your body.
