This online gathering marks the opening of The Embodied Woman Collective, a space for women navigating change and stepping into what’s next with greater presence and steadiness.

As we move from the year of the Snake into the Horse, we’ll use this symbolic crossing as a moment to pause, reflect on what is ready to be shed, and sense into what is ready to move forward.

In this gathering, we will:
• Settle into presence through guided somatic awareness and breath
• Reflect on what is completing and what is beginning
• Engage in grounded conversation and thoughtful reflection
• Activate a clear vision for the season ahead

This is a welcoming first gathering. All you need is a quiet space, something to write with, and a willingness to show up.
