ReWilding Wednesday: Embodied Movement & Somatic Awareness
Details
ReWilding Wednesday is a weekly embodied practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate presence through gentle, deep, intuitive exploration. You’re invited to experience freedom through the body, allowing yourself return to your natural wild, ecstatic nature by following sensation and inner cues with care and consciousness.
Embodied practice here means staying connected to breath, sensation, and the signals of the body rather than following choreography or trying to perform. There are no steps to memorize and nothing to get right. Attention is guided inward, allowing awareness to lead.
The focus is on how experience feels from the inside, not how it looks.
Through simple, guided somatic exploration, the body becomes a doorway into presence. This approach supports the release of held tension, restores natural flow, and rebuilds a sense of connection with yourself.
This practice supports
– grounding and nervous system regulation
– releasing stored tension and restlessness
– increasing body awareness and vitality
– feeling more present, alive, and connected
No dance experience or fitness level is required. Everything offered is optional, adaptable, and guided with care.
What to Expect

How to Join
This is an online session hosted via Zoom.
After you RSVP on Meetup, the Zoom link will be sent to you before the session begins.
To support a focused and held group space, there is a 15-minute arrival window from the start time. After this window, the room will be closed to new arrivals so we can settle in together without interruption.
Please plan to arrive on time so we can begin by arriving, grounding, and setting intention as a group.
This group is part of Embodied Woman Collective, a community supporting presence, embodiment, and reconnection with the body through accessible, grounded practices.
