Rebuilding Body Trust
Details
End the cycle of food and body control. Learn to regulate your nervous system and rebuild trust with yourself.
Have you ever felt exhausted from managing your body, your food, or your image just to feel okay?
Maybe your mood rises and falls with your weight.
Maybe you swing between restriction and overeating.
Maybe you promise yourself you’ll “be better” tomorrow.
Maybe controlling food feels calming — until shame returns.
If so, you’re not broken.
Your nervous system learned that control equals safety.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how body image struggles, restriction, overeating, and self-monitoring form as protective patterns — not personal failures.
You’ll learn how urgency, shame, comparison, and food control develop when your system is trying to prevent rejection, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm.
This isn’t about more discipline.
It’s about rebuilding trust.
⸻
In this workshop, you will:
• Understand why your control patterns formed
• Identify your personal restrict–overeat or shame–control loop
• Recognize the triggers that activate urgency around food or your body
• Learn a grounded nervous system tool to interrupt the cycle
• Experience what it feels like to stay with yourself without fighting
You don’t need another plan.
You need a different relationship with yourself.
This is a compassionate session for high-functioning, self-aware women who are tired of silently managing their food, body, and worth — and are ready for something deeper.”
