A free weekly community for women who are tired of fighting themselves.

### About this event

If you've ever found yourself constantly thinking about food, your body, or starting over on Monday... you're not alone.
Maybe you feel like you're always trying to be "good."
Maybe food takes up more mental space than you'd like.
Maybe you're exhausted from the cycle of restriction, overeating, guilt, or feeling like you just can't stay consistent.
This is a free 30-45 minute community circle where women can come together for honest conversation, support, and a different way of understanding these patterns.
Together we'll explore what's happening underneath the behaviors, not through shame or more discipline, but through curiosity, self-awareness, and compassion.
This isn't a diet group.
It isn't about accountability.
It's about understanding yourself differently.

### About your facilitator

Hi, I'm Madalyn Moses, a certified life coach specializing in nervous system regulation, body image, emotional healing, and the protective patterns that keep us feeling stuck.
I help women understand the deeper reasons behind struggles with food, perfectionism, overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional eating so they can build lasting change from self-understanding instead of self-criticism.
