What is Reiki?
Reiki means life-force energy. When our energy flows well, we feel healthier and more at ease physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Reiki helps restore this flow using gentle hand placements and intention, supporting natural healing.

About Level One
Reiki Level One (Shoden) is the starting point of your Reiki journey. It’s a personal process of self-care and wellbeing. Some people notice profound changes, while others experience a steady sense of peace and connection.
You’ll learn how to work with Reiki energy for yourself, with gentle guidance and plenty of support. No previous experience is needed.
Course Outline (5 weekly sessions)
Session 1: Introduction to Reiki and preparing for attunement Session 2: Attunement and beginning your 21-day practice Session 3: Practising Reiki techniques with peers, building confidence Session 4: Developing your technique, working with different partners Session 5: Certificate presentation

This is a certificated course. Attending all sessions is necessary.

Tutor
Your tutor is Clare Bennett, Reiki Master Teacher and UK Reiki Federation member. Clare has a warm, supportive teaching style and is passionate about helping others discover Reiki.
