Fused Glass for Beginners – An Enchanted Forest Workshop

# Welcome to the Enchanted Forest Fused Glass Workshop Nestled beneath moss-draped maples and cedars near Mount Rainier. The Enchanted Forest is a creative sanctuary where beginners can learn the art of fused glass in a relaxed, soulful, and immersive setting. This group is for anyone who wants to:

Learn fused-glass basics in a fun, supportive environment

Create their own pendants, ornaments, or abstract pieces

Experience kiln firing and glass layering techniques

Connect with nature, creativity, and good people

Optional: stay overnight in the Artist Loft for a deeper retreat experience

Donation-Based Model:

Workshops are offered on a donation basis— give what you feel the experience was worth.

Donations are welcome and appreciated, but never required.

Potluck Community Vibes:

Every workshop is potluck-style.

Bring a dish, snack, or drink to share.

It keeps the evening warm, communal, and fun.

Overnight Stay Optional — Two Visits Required

Staying overnight in the Artist Loft is completely optional. However, fused glass requires an overnight kiln cycle, so two separate visits are needed:

Evening: create your piece

Next morning: return to see the kiln reveal and finish the pendant

If you prefer not to stay overnight, you can simply return the next morning at the scheduled time.
