The Enlightening Heart: What is Love? What is Not Love?

In this experiential workshop, we will begin with introductions; then we will go over material presenting the differences between loving and unloving behaviors and attitudes that can be communicated from parents to children. This discussion will allow us to notice ways in which we may be treating ourselves in the same loving and/or unloving ways we learned in our families. We will look at our relationship with ourselves through the lens of parts work, exploring various archetypal parts of self. This event will be held in my office in midtown Manhattan.
