A cosy once-a-month online guided wellness check in for solopreneurs and business owners to pause, recharge, and take care of the most important part of your business... you. This group isn't about business strategy, it's about taking care of your health and well-being.

💛 A quick note: This isn’t a networking group. It's a space to discover ways to better support your body and mind and put fuel back in the tank. In our monthly online sessions, I'll guide you through gentle reflection and calming practices so you can step away from “doing” mode and truly refill your cup.

In these sessions we will:

• Reflect on your current self-care, from exercise and nutrition to rest and recovery.
• Explore how you can sprinkle nourishing habits into your days to better support your energy and well-being.
• Learn tools to help calm your body and mind, releasing the stress of running a business.
• Finish with a guided breathing exercise so you leave feeling lighter and as though a weight has been lifted.

A safe, non-judgemental space where you can meet your body and mind where they’re at and leave feeling nourished and supported.
