  1. Welcome and Beginner’s Yoga (15 min) : An introduction to the day's virtue - contentment followed by a short yoga session to energise the body and mind.
  2. Brain Drain / Free Writing (15 min) Uncensored, unedited page dump to clear mental clutter. No prompts, just write whatever is in your head.
  3. Guided Discussion (20 min) Focused conversation on this session's virtue - contentment. Two or three gentle prompts to guide the group, but led by whoever wants to speak.
  4. Guided Meditation (10 min) A short, accessible meditation anchored to contentment. No experience needed.
  5. Short Break (10 min)
  6. Creative Flow Session (35 min) Sketching or free writing with a loose prompt tied to the virtue. Sharing at the end is optional.
  7. Closing Circle (10 min) One word or sentence each on how you feel, and a small take-home intention for the week ahead.
