- Guided Discussion (20 min) Focused conversation on this session's virtue - contentment. Two or three gentle prompts to guide the group, but led by whoever wants to speak.
- Guided Meditation (10 min) A short, accessible meditation anchored to contentment. No experience needed.
- Short Break (10 min)
- Creative Flow Session (35 min) Sketching or free writing with a loose prompt tied to the virtue. Sharing at the end is optional.
- Closing Circle (10 min) One word or sentence each on how you feel, and a small take-home intention for the week ahead.
