Welcome to the Evening Art Society!
Every Friday evening, we challenge the notion that art is an inherently solitary pursuit by gathering for a cozy blend of warm tea, friendly conversation, and relaxed creativity. Bring whatever you’d like to work on—sketching, embroidery, watercolor, journaling, your latest read, even adult coloring books—and settle in for an hour and a half of artistic practice and gentle socializing.
This is a low-pressure, judgment-free environment welcoming all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned artist or someone who simply enjoys a peaceful social setting, you’ll find a place here.
What to expect:
-Warm lighting, a golden retriever, and a brown tabby
-Complimentary tea and light snacks
-1.75 hours of creative work time seasoned with soft music and chit-chat
What to bring:

-Your comfy clothes
Loose structure:
6:30 – Arrive, select your tea, get cozy
6:45 – Optional introductions + icebreakers
7:00-8:45 – Art time + casual conversation (optional project/process-sharing throughout)
8:45-9:00 - Clean up (just your supplies and anything you've borrowed from the communal supplies; the host will take care of the dishes!), depart
