The Office of the Planning Board will review the following:

(Old Business) The City Council will review the petition (41-25) to ban all horse and dog racing anywhere within Leominster, Massachusetts.

(New Business) The City Council is requested to adopt the proposed Fairgrounds Overlay District Zoning Amendments - 1. To amend the City of Leominster Zoning Map to include the parcels 670 Mechanic Street, 690 Mechanic Street, 694 Mechanic Street and the landfill property.
