How to Sign Up ℹ️
- Complete the **RSVP form **to reserve your spot at the event
- Receive formal confirmation from event organizer after submitting event deposit
Agenda 🎉
- 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM Arrival & Set Up: Check-in, explore the property, and get your dish ready for service.
- 6:45 PM – 7:10 PM Welcome, Introductions, and Icebreakers: We want to continue to facilitate connecting between attendees, so prior to beginning our meal and discussion, we will commence with a little ice breaker activity.
- 7:10 PM – 8:40 PM Time to Dig In: The main event! Build a plate and get to know your neighbors. Make sure to save room for dessert!
- 8:40 PM – 9:00 PM Closing Activities: Before ending the evening, we pack up our leftovers and prepare them for donation into Baltimore’s Community Fridge Network. Our event venue will be working with us to distribute our dishes among the most vulnerable in the community. We will also facilitate a closing activity while we go over logistics.
Logistics
- Planning: Once you have RSVP'd, you will receive access to the group's planning documents to ensure you have everything you need for service. The property has a microwave for reheating purposes.
- Parking: There is ample (free) street parkingavailable
- Vibe Check: Dress code is smart casual. Similarly, feel free to use the discussion questions attached below during our gathering to get to know everyone
