Arrival & check-in: A moment to settle in and share briefly how you feel
Introduction of the meetup & rules
Selection of 1 or 2 members who want to bring something to work through. You choose the kind of support you want: hear others' experiences, get empathy and warmth; get questions to help you think; or get advice. Everyone will support you in that way.
Two sessions, with a short break in between
Check-out: closing up, see how everyone's doing.
