The 50+ Fine and Performing Arts Circle

Sunday, December 6, 2026
Albany Institute of History & Art
125 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY
Join us for our inaugural Meetup as we explore the Albany Institute of History & Art, one of the oldest museums in the United States, and enjoy an afternoon of art, culture, and good company!
We'll begin with a docent-led tour of the museum's collections and exhibitions, offering an opportunity to discover fascinating works of art, history of New York, learn something new, and share the experience with fellow art and culture enthusiasts.
Please meet in the museum's atrium 15 minutes before the scheduled tour so we can introduce ourselves and get acquainted before beginning.
Following the tour, we'll head to a nearby restaurant or lounge for optional appetizers, drinks, and conversation. It's a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another, share impressions of the exhibition, and perhaps discuss ideas for future cultural outings. The restaurant location will be announced closer to the event.
Whether you're a longtime art enthusiast or simply enjoy exploring museums and meeting interesting people, we hope you'll join us!
