Welcome to The Fitness Pivot! This group was created to help people figure out how fitness best fits in the life they are living right now. It is life's curveballs and unexpected changes that cause us to fall off track with our fitness plan. When changes happen in life we have to adapt to the change in order to keep fitness a priority in our life.

After 20 years in fitness there is one thing I know to be true. What you do for fitness must fit in your life, if it doesn't fit it won't be there very long. This is why so many people find themselves stuck on the inconsistency rollercoaster. Where fitness is just a part of their lives in spurts, but it doesn't stick long term.

In this group, I will help you learn how to hit the fitness reset button after all of life's changes, so that you can use fitness as the vehicle to drive you to being the best version of yourself.
