Welcome to our first official meetup! As a Licensed Professional Kanban Trainer and Enterprise Agile Coach , I have spent time helping teams move from "busy" to "predictable," achieving 40% to 60%+ improvements in delivery time. But I know that every team faces unique hurdles from bottlenecked workflows to stakeholder misalignment.

This session is a Virtual Open Space. There are no pre-set slide decks or lectures. Instead, you bring the topics. Whether you are a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or a leader in a non-technical role, this is your platform to share what you are experiencing and crowdsource solutions from a community of practitioners.

How It Works:

  • Pitch: Join the call and suggest a topic or challenge you want to discuss via a Mural board (shared during the call)
  • Vote: The group will vote on the most desired topics to prioritize our time.
  • Collaborate: We'll start off our time-boxed discussions where James and I will share insights into how Kanban can help solve your challenges.
