The theme for this second session will be to BREATHE FOR HARMONY as we open with calming breath work and gentle yoga movements (with modifications to fit all levels) to find that calm and harmony to bring into the discussion which will immediately follow.
"Don't Take Anything Personally" is the second of the four agreements and will be the focus of discussion in this session.
The session will end with a guided meditation to close out with peace and relaxation.
Ideally, the class will be approximately 60 minutes but I am leaving the door open to (last no longer than) 90 minutes, just in case the book talk warrants a longer period of time.
You will need a copy of The Four Agreements and will need to have read atleast up to Chapter 3, the second agreement, "Don't Take Anything Personally."
