The theme for this third session will be to BREATHE FOR CLARITY as we open the session with calming breath work and gentle yoga movements (with modifications to fit all levels) to help clear our minds as we ready ourselves for the discussion which will immediately follow.

"Don't Make Assumptions" is the third of the four agreements and will be the focus of discussion in this session.

The session will end with a guided meditation to close out with peace and relaxation.

Ideally, the class will be approximately 60 minutes but I am leaving the door open to (last no longer than) 90 minutes, just in case the book talk warrants a longer period of time.

You will need a copy of the book, The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz and will need to have read up to chapter 4, the third agreement, "Don't Make Assumptions."
