Always Do Your Best

The theme for this last session will be to BREATHE FOR INSPIRATION as we open the session with calming breath work and gentle yoga movements (with modifications to fit all levels) to help open ourselves up confidently and with inspiration as we ready ourselves for the discussion which will immediately follow.
"Always Do Your Best" is the last of the four agreements and will be the focus of discussion in this session.
The session will end with a guided meditation to close with peace and relaxation.
Ideally, the class will be approximately 60 minutes but I am leaving the door open to (last no longer than) 90 minutes, just in case the book talk warrants a longer period of time.
You will need a copy of the book, The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz and will need to have read the entire book by this point.
