If you have attended our Ho’oponopono workshops before, then you have experienced what it feels like to be pono, or congruent with yourself and others, that wonderful feeling of lightness and ahhh! Join us for a 3-hour journey where you will be guided (in closed-eye meditation processes) to become as the Hawaiians call it, Noa, or free of baggage and learn the foundation for these release processes from Huna. You will receive some very special tools to use after the workshop. You’ll leave the workshop feeling calm, lighter, and with a clear head.
If you have not attended a Ho’oponopono workshop before, feel free to attend this workshop.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes for the energy session at the end of the workshop; you will be lying on the floor for this.
