We will have a presentation and a panel discussion with four industry experts, who will discuss how each of these areas is changing the landscape of business today.

Cecelia Shao

Cecelia is the Product Lead at Comet.ml, which helps data scientists automatically track their machine learning experiments, datasets, and code changes. Before Comet.ml, she was a product manager for IBM Watson's machine learning platform and operated at several startups including Mattermark and Gemini. Communicating results and recommendations from data is her speciality as a user-driven PM.

Ron Brannon

Ron's long standing accomplishments on Wall Street in senior and executive management capacities has positioned him to become a trusted independent advisor to some of the most well-known firms, such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch & Co., Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He is currently within Global Banking and Markets at HSBC here in NYC.

Oliver Christie

Oliver is an AI expert who helps clients innovate, apply and build advanced technologies. He has worked in multiple industries including finance, healthcare, transportation and defence.
He is a recent winner of a Google Moonshot, and the IBM Watson Prize for Innovation. AI stratergy advisor for Dell, a board member for Tech Transfer Days, NYAI, and Disruptive Technologists.
He is currently helping to build the next generation of AI, based upon quantum physics and human cognition.

Anil Jaladi

Anil has over twenty years of experience in software product development, data and analytics and management consulting, among others. He is currently Chief Data Scientist and CTO for Scintel Technologies Inc, and recently founded Deep Blue Analytics, a Machine Learning products company, and sold Deep Blue to Scintel Technologies Inc. Prophesy, Scintel’s flagship predictive analytics platform, is used by companies across business cases including reducing customer churn, improving the effectiveness of sales force, mitigating financial risk, predicting media viewership, among others. He oversaw product design and development, and driving the platform adoption of the customers- includes five of Fortune 500 companies.
