What we’re about
The G.I.G.Y Wellness Group was founded by women for women. This group is a safe space for women of all walks to feel both seen and heard. Based on healing and transparency I started the G.I.G.Y group in Maryland as a way to connect with my audience from The Girl I Got You Podcast. Now, we're here in Texas to continue blazing trails. We've all got a spark and my hope is to fan your flame so that one day, we all might burn just a little brighter.
