Mahjong intro night for beginners - traditional Chinese game
The Gamer Club, 153 Bath Lane, Glasgow, GBDaniel has offered to run an intro night to Mahjong, the traditional tile-based Chinese game.
Daniel is planning to teach us the version he's most familiar with, the Japanese variant, it's a 4 player game (we'll match people up on the night).
It's something I've always wanted to try (I've played the solitaire version on a computer, but not with live players). Should be interesting!We'll have a number of sets and tables set up to give everybody a chance to play.
The venue is BYOB, so bring along your favourite/drinks snacks.
Note: This event is for beginners. If you have played with us before or have a more knowledge of mahjong, then check out our intermediate mahjong player night.
