Life moves quickly. Many of us spend our days responding to responsibilities, deadlines, expectations, and the constant pull to do more.

The Gentle Pause is an invitation to step away from that pace for a little while.

We create calm, welcoming outdoor gatherings where people can slow down, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and experience the quiet support of being in the company of others—without pressure to perform, share, or have everything figured out.

Our gatherings gently combine mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, moments of reflection, and time in nature.

You don't need any previous yoga or meditation experience, and there's no expectation to be flexible, fit, or "good" at mindfulness.

You're welcome exactly as you are.

Every experience is intentionally small to create a sense of ease, presence, and genuine connection.

Whether you choose to participate quietly, reflect inwardly, or engage in conversation, your pace is respected.

Whatever brings you here, you'll find a space grounded in kindness, curiosity, and care.

Our guiding belief is simple:

"You don't need to become someone else.
Sometimes what we need most is a gentle pause—a chance to reconnect with who we've been all along."

The Gentle Pause is created and facilitated by YUSR Yoga,
a wellbeing initiative rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga and informed by modern understanding of the mind, body, and nervous system.
