This Valentine’s Day, what if we turned the celebration inward?
Join a like-minded community of women for an evening of self-connection, shared presence, and meaningful reflection — where self-love is not a concept, but an embodied experience.
This InnerFlow Self-Love Workshop is a heart-centered, empowering space to tap into your own loving presence while being held in a supportive and welcoming group environment. Rooted in the foundations of yoga, pranayama, intuitive movement, guided reflection, and meditation, the session gently guides you inward — helping you reconnect with your inner voice and awaken a deeper sense of self-love, lightness, and ease.
You’ll leave with:

• A sense of calm and relaxation
• Clarity and insight from your intuition
• A strengthened sense of sisterhood and community
We’ll close the evening with Ayurvedic tea, light refreshments, reflection, and relaxed community connection.
No prior yoga or movement experience is needed. This is a gentle, non-strenuous session and all levels are welcome.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, a journal and pen, water, and a yoga mat. Feel free to wear something red or pink if that feels self-loving.
