Model Shoot at Glasgow University with India

On the day we will be capturing the atmosphere and photographing in the dramatic Victorian Gothic Cloisters of Glasgow University and environs. In case of rain we will be under cover of the arched courtyard. We will also have access to the Hunterian Museum grand Stairway, heated and under cover. At the event we will have have the services one or two or models and be working on no more than a 3-1 photographer to model ratio (usually less) and aim to shoot for around 3 hours.
We will meet in the cloisters at 11am.

Although not strictly a tutored shoot this would be a great opportunity to pose and light a model in idyllic surroundings. A professional photographer will be on hand to advise and take you through your paces, so this event is suitable for those who are new to model photography, as well as more seasoned photographers who would like to take their photography skills to a new level. On the day we will be working on no more than a 1:3 model to photographer ration(usually less) A variety of flash, continuous lighting, triggers and light modifiers will be available for use at the event. Do feel free to bring along any equipment of your own that you would like to use.
The Cloisters are located in the old Victorian Gilbert Scott building off University Avenue, just go through the main gate. You can gain access to the cloisters area by going to the back of the building or via the stairs at the University Gift Shop)

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled. When an event is arranged, the booked models have to be paid whether the event goes ahead or not. This also applies to venues. A good deal administration and time goes in to organising the Meetups. Many shoots are undersubscribed. When this happens we prefer to go ahead, rather that cause disappointment to all involved. If for any reason you are unable to attend an event, we may be able to offer you a spot, free of charge, on a future shoot. This is at the discretion of the organiser. We cannot accommodate requests for specific events. An Organiser will notify you of any availability.
