A bit about The Gloss:
From its inception in August 2008, The Gloss now has over 150,000 members in 15 countries and 150+ cities across the globe, making it the largest of its kind in the world. The book club originated in London, UK as The Girly Book Club, but now has strong holds in many parts of the world including the USA, Canada, and Australasia.
All Gloss chapters read the same book at the same time and meet up once a month in a centrally located venue to discuss that month’s book. Each meeting draws anywhere from 10 to 100 attendees each month. The meetings are all conducted by a local host and held the end of the month and follow the same format.
To sign up:
Go to the Hamilton Heights page on the website and check the event details.
When you click into the event you’ll be asked to subscribe. The monthly subscription is $7.
Once you’ve subscribed you will have access to all things Gloss including booking in person events, virtual events, author events and the book vote. You can access all of this while you have an active subscription.
You may want to cancel your recurring payment straightaway if you don’t want to be automatically charged next month. You can do this in My Account. If you do cancel you still have your active subscription until the expiry date so make the most of it!
