Velas Turtle Festival

This is the time of the year for the hatching of the Olive Ridley Turtle.

After a discussion with a locals in Velas, we have been asked to come there on Sunday evening for the 6pm sighting as there is a lot of crowd on the weekend.

We will spend the night a local homestay and go for the early morning sighting at around 6-6.30am & leave Velas after the sighting and breakfast.

Trip Details are as follows:

Purpose: Sighting of Olive Ridley Sea Turtles

Duration: 01 Night / 02 Days

Dates: 20th March - 21st March 2016

Cost: Rs. 1,400/- Per Person

# Accommodation in Home stay - the accommodation is Basic & there are separate Indian Style & Western Style Toilets. The toilets & showers are separate.
