Our purpose is to help everyone from beginner to the experienced get better in their Real Estate Investing Career. The reason you should be a member here is because I have over 30 years experience in the game! I have been an investor that has purchased every type of property from Section 8 to Multi-Million Dollar homes and used every method to acquire them. I also owned a Mortgage Company since 1990 and built custom Million Dollar Homes as well.
