Weβll begin with a 30-minute guided Pranayama and Meditation to gently awaken your body and mind:
1- Three-Part Breath (Dirga Pranayama): breathing from the belly up to the chest to ground and energize.
2- Alternate Nostril Breath (Nadi Shodhana): balancing both sides of the mind for clarity and calm.
3- Humming Bee Breath (Bhramari):
eyes and ears gently closed, releasing tension through vibration.
Followed by a 30-minute Sound Bath with Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gong and Rainstick, allowing your body to deeply relax and absorb the healing frequencies of sound and the ocean π
