Yoga in the Stars at Sol Sundays

Cosmic community, lets gather. Yoga in the Stars at Sol Sundays this Sunday at 3pm in the Railyard.

This is going to be a great day of community, wellness, music and FUN!

I'm so excited to offer this class as a sacred space of nourishment and empowerment for everyone. Enjoy an embodied practice of hatha-yin yoga that is fused with astrology. Afterwords I'll offer a talk on the current astrology and upcoming total Lunar Eclipse (plus a free chart and typed out report for you to keep!). This will be an opportunity for you to reflect on the cosmos with community. You'll leave feeling more aligned with the cosmos and ready to put your best foot forward.
