Free online yin yoga and meditation to ground ourselves into Scorpio season!
We are also beginning a new moon cycle so this is a great opportunity to get an empowered and clear picture of the path you are going on.
Class will include about 45 minutes of yin yoga followed by a guided meditation and dharma talk.
We'll do a visual guided meditative journey, getting into our creative inner worlds and what that looks like as we enter Scorpio season.
These offerings will be facilitated by Emmy.
