About us
Meet new people & build real connections in The Good Social!
Welcome to The Good Social, a friendly community for Bostonians who want to expand their circle, explore the city, and connect over shared interests.
We’re here for anyone who enjoys good company and good conversations. Think coffee chats, trivia nights, neighborhood walks, and the kind of get-togethers where you actually get to know people.
We also collaborate with Boston’s Good Neighbors, a community initiative that organizes local volunteer projects, so you’ll occasionally see opportunities to give back alongside our social gatherings. No obligations, just an open door to connect with like minded folks!
What we're about:
☕ Friendly, laid-back meetups
🤝 Inclusive networking & conversation
🎯 Local spots and small-group settings
❤️ Community-minded without the pressure
Whether you’re new to the area, looking to make friends, or hoping to get out of your usual routine — you’ll find your people here. Have a place you want to checkout with the group? Send a message and we'll include it in on our page!
Join us for a mix of events designed to help you relax, connect, and enjoy Boston again with new, fun company.
The Good Social is proudly part of The Good Neighbor Network — a community that connects neighbors, builds belonging, and contributes positively to the places we share.

Your generosity will help us provide meals to local families right before the holidays. Thank you for helping us launch this pantry!
Food Donations – Shelf-Stable & Non-Perishables
We will be accepting shelf-stable foods on a rolling basis leading up to the 21st. A list of helpful items can be found on this link, but also include:
- Canned soups, beans, vegetables, and fruit
- Pasta, rice, boxed meals
- Peanut butter, shelf-stable milk, cereals
- Cooking oils
Perishable Items
Perishables (like fresh produce, dairy, eggs) can be donated only within the week before Saturday, February 21st, depending on remaining shelf life. Please reach out before dropping these items off so we can time storage properly and get them to our third-party storage space in a timely fashion.
We look forward to a successful pantry day on Saturday. Thank you for contributing to this community-wide effort!
