Hi and welcome!

I’ve recently realized how easy it is to move through life without pausing to feel gratitude—not because I’m ungrateful, but because I forget. Life gets busy, and the beauty of this simple practice slips away.

This group is an invitation to bring gratitude gently back into our days—together.
We meet online three times a week for just 15 minutes to share things we’re grateful for—big or small, and things that brings us a sense of awe

There’s no pressure, no performance—just presence, soft connection, and a chance to start the day grounded in what’s good.

Come as you are. You can speak, or simply listen. Either way, your presence is welcome.
