Join us in Rishikesh for a soul-nourishing 4-day retreat designed for those who crave a deeper pause. Held in a boutique river-facing space, this is more than just yoga — it’s a return to your center.

Expect grounding movement, breathwork, meditations, and moments of still silence — guided by Anirudh, a seasoned yoga teacher rooted in both discipline and depth.

Group Goal:
To create a safe, soulful space for conscious individuals to pause, reset, and reconnect — through the power of yoga, breath, stillness, and authentic community. Whether you’re seeking inner clarity, emotional release, or just a break from the noise — this retreat is a journey back to your true self.

Open-hearted seekers, mindful movers, quiet thinkers, and soulful wanderers.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply someone yearning to reconnect with yourself — I’m looking to gather a small group of conscious individuals who value stillness, depth, nature, and meaningful experiences over the superficial. What We’ll Do at the Retreat:
Each day will flow through a blend of mindful practices and intentional pauses — including:
