Nature Yoga with Sacred Trees

Join us at Harmony of the Trees retreat space to connect with the sacred trees and the Earth as we move authentically within our bodies. This is not your typical yoga class or poses. It is deep embodiment of nature and relating to the nature within us all.

Come meet Grandfather & Grandmother Tree, The Tree of Community, The Tree of the Ocean, The Tree of Receiving, and the Tree of the Angels, and share your presence, offerings and reverence to these sacred portals.

Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Park either facing the fence, or across the street on the side of the road. Come through the gate to the right of the house.
