Cold Spring - Undercliff Trail 6+ miles!

Moderate 6+ miles, about 1,200 ft total elevation gain. The quintessential Hudson Highlands hike in, and around, the picturesque river town of Cold Spring, NY. Breathtaking Hudson river views. Includes a walk through Little Stony Island, as well as the charming town itself. A "fan favorite", to borrow a phrase from our spiritual mentor. Let's meet at the tiny Secor Street Parking Lot (Secor Street at Pearl Street in Nelsonville, NY) about 10 minutes ahead for departure!

Bring plenty of water and snacks, and appropriate seasonal items (sun- and insect-protection in summer, and crampons in winter). Day-of-hike-only phone: 973-704-7362.

**Note** We hike at a moderate pace, and never leave anyone behind. Our hikes are not suitable for fast hikers who like to forge ahead of the group.
