Catskills 3-Day Hiking Trip

This trip is based in Tannersville, NY, located approximately 2 hours North of metropolitan NYC. This is possibly the best hiking area in the Catskills. This is a multi-day hiking trip, but NOT a camping trip. Interested hikers need to find their own lodging.

Example planned hikes are: (1) Kaaterskill Falls via Escarpment Trail (2) Artist Rock, Sunset Rock, Newman's Ledge; (3) Section of Devil's Path to South Hunter Mountain, and others, to be determined. These hikes are designed to be moderate in mileage, elevation gain, and pace appropriate for the Fall foliage season. Nevertheless, these hikes are not suitable for beginners.

The sign-up process is as follows. Everyone starts out on the Waiting List, and will be transferred to the Going list as spots become available. Please read comments below for current status of wait-listed people!
