This is a sacred space for women who are navigating the journey toward physical, mental, or emotional wholeness. Whether you’re healing, reclaiming, redefining, or simply breathing through the day—you belong here.

It is also for anyone who is standing in support or solidarity of a woman/or women who may be on the journey to healing.

We gather not to fix each other or perform, but to pause, reflect, and share space in community. Expect gentle creativity, honest conversation, and quiet presence.

This gathering is for you if:

• You’re tending to your own or someone else's wellness after illness, stress, or burnout
• You’re exploring what it means to feel whole in your body, mind, or identity or supporting someone to get there
• You’re holding space for others while trying to hold space for yourself
• You simply want to sit with other women and feel seen

Come as you are. No masks. No milestones needed.
Just bring yourself—and your journey.
